Brent Council's Revive and Ride scheme is an initiative that recovers abandoned bicycles from the borough – left at the Waste and Reuse Centre in Abbey Road—refurbishes them, and donates them for free to local community and faith groups to promote active travel.

We are carrying out essential maintenance on some areas of My Account this weekend. You will not be able to access Tenant Serices from 6pm Friday 30 October until 9pm on Sunday 1 November 2026. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The council partnered with Peddle My Wheels to execute the project, successfully launching with an initial donation of 40 refurbished bikes to local organisations.
The program aligns closely with the Brent Active Travel Implementation Plan, which seeks to eliminate road transport emissions and boost cycling across the borough.
