Water main repairs on High Road, Willesden
Thames Water is carrying out essential repairs to an old water main on High Road, Willesden. To keep traffic flowing, temporary traffic lights and parking suspensions are in place. Unfortunately, some motorists are ignoring these restrictions, causing significant congestion. Please do not park in the suspended bays.

The works are expected to last until the first week in October. If possible, please avoid the area during this period. Thames Water apologises for any inconvenience.

Changes to bin collections due to hot weather
To help our collection crews during this week's hot weather, bin collections will begin an hour earlier than usual. For all collections from Tuesday 12 - Thursday 14 August, please make sure you put your bins, sacks and containers out by 6:00am to avoid missed collections. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Information and advice

Our health and safety team undertakes inspections, investigates accidents and offers Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) approved training. If you feel that where you work or visit is unsafe or affecting your health you should raise this issue with managers at your workplace. We deal with issues relating to dangerous activity that could potentially cause a major accident resulting in loss of life or limb. Employers have a legal duty to display a safety poster in a prominent position in each workplace. Order your poster online or contact the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). Find out more about our work, using the tiles below.
