Wembley Regeneration


Wembley is one of the largest regeneration projects in the country.  

According to the Mayor of London it can accommodate approximately 11,500 new homes and 10,000 new jobs through the development of sites along Wembley High Road and the land around Wembley Stadium.

The Wembley Vision

In 2002 we published a vision document that sets out an ambitious future for the area.

We have a number of planning documents for Wembley that are used to guide development as part of the regeneration.

Wembley Park

Quintain is the major developer and landowner in Wembley and has called its new neighbourhood Wembley Park.

The London Designer Outlet

70 shops, 15 cafes and restaurants and a 9 screen cinema can be found next to Wembley Stadium.

Brent Civic Centre

In 2013, we moved into the civic centre. The building is also home to Wembley Library.

Wembley Central

A new square, shops, homes, hotel and station facilities along Wembley High Road.

River Brent project

The Brent River Park Project aims to restore up to 2km of the River Brent and the green spaces alongside it.
